In order to provide educational services to the operators of the products manufactured by the company, a training department started its activities two decades ago, with the mission of providing training to the operators as part of company's commitment to its customers. These training courses include operating hydraulic lifters, operating hydraulic cranes, services, maintenance and repairs which have been held both on site and at Lajvar main factory.
Also, since 2004 this department has undergone many vocational training courses in operating aerial platforms, cranes and fork lift trucks to the public sector as well as the private one under the supervision of Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization (ITVTO). As the trainees are tested according the standards of the ITVTO, all qualified trainees are granted certificates which are valid both in the country and abroad.
Continuous education is the policy that the company has always been pursuing in such a way that a lot of promotional courses are held for its employees as their own job training.
